Summary: This property was perfect for us and will be for you if you don’t mind a bit of taxi/driving to and from Broadway. Hillsboro is a cute little suburb full of trendy shops and restaurants. The condo itself was clean apart from the washer unit which was full of black mold when we went to use it (likely left closed with water in it). The only major downside we had was the shower in the bathroom which doesn’t drain properly as there isn’t a drain at the bottom of the downgrade which means water pools all over the bathroom floor and travels onto the bedroom carpet. Minor downside was our condo/apartment faced the bbq place which is near the hospital so we heard ALL the emergency sirens all hours of the day (May be tricky for families with young kiddos). The pool area was a treat during the crazy heatwave we just experience! All that aside, our stay was enjoyable enough for us to want to return to this gem!
