Summary: Between my mom and I's vehicle we spent about $300 to park 3 blocks away. The listing is not transparent about the lack of parking, and seeing as this is an apartment and not a hotel room at the Statler, I was confused as to why the apartment's parking space was not included in the booking. Both the AC and the internet quit working in my rental and I spent over an hour (for each issue) on the phone or in chat with Sonder, trying to resolve these issues. The elevator was not simple to use and there was only 1 in operation for all 20 floors and their guests. Overall, I would have chosen the other rental I had been looking at, had the listing been transparent.
