The finca "Son Ferrer den Vola Vola" has accommodation for 8 persons and is located 12.5km from Palma Airport. It impresses guests with its traditional Majorcan architecture and its quiet location in the middle of nature. This property is the perfect place for retirement. The 100 hectare plot of land offers tranquillity and plenty of space for walking, sports and there are also caves to explore, perfect for getting away from it all and getting lost. The large grounds allows total availability for parking cars.
As for the house, there are 518m² of constructed area, and it has a dining room, another living room with sofas, fully equipped kitchen, two porches with tables and sofas outdoors for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Additional services include WIFI, hairdryer, air conditioning, heating, table tennis, children's toys.
The area to cool off has a rustic pool measuring 3x2m and a depth of 1.20m which was previously a Mallorcan safreig and a solarium with hammocks and an umbrella. Soon we will also have a bar area and Balinese beds.

- Lighting fires, including barbecue, is strictly prohibited both inside the house and in the outdoor area!
- Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Please do not leave cigarette butts in the outdoor area.
- Guests are responsible for their own waste disposal. The nearest waste disposal point is in the neighbouring village of Sant Jordi.
- All furniture and belongings must be back in their original place upon check-out.
Failure to comply with these rules may, at the discretion of the landlord, result in the deposit not being refunded. Similarly, the house will be inspected for condition after check-out. Poor condition of items or their theft may also result in the deposit being forfeited.

Summary: Pros: Riesiges, gepflegtes Grundstück in einzigartiger Lage und trotzdem nur 15 Minuten vom Flughafen Palma und weniger als 30min von der Innenstadt von Palma entfernt. Beheizt und klimatisiert und so für jede Jahreszeit geeignet. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Hervorragendes Internet. Wer die Einsamkeit liebt, findet hier die perfekte Urlaubsunterkunft. Trotzdem gute Verkehrsanbindung - alle Ecken der Insel sind in max. 1,5h Fahrt auf guten Straßen zu erreichen. Cons: Kein Pool. Flugzeuge sind je nach Windrichtung zu hören, hat aber nicht wirklich gestört.
