Welcome! Make yourselves at home in our huge, boardwalk oceanfront condos; beautifully furnished, classy, but still fun.
Our location can't be beat. We are oceanfront, right on the boardwalk. Step out the door and you are on the beach!
We treat you right on your vacation, just how we like to be treated. We are very clean! Quality linens are included in the price. The sheets are fresh and ON the beds when you arrive. We also supply bath towels. And we provide all the household supplies you can imagine, so no hauling or buying boring stuff. Not just a starter pack, enough for the entire vacation. We offer premium TV/cable channels, free wifi, we have TVs in every room, hair dryers in every bath. Our kitchens are fully functional, lots of cookware & dishes
We have 2 condos in the Somerset at 2nd building. Each condo has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a huge open concept living & kitchen area. Each condo has 2 decks, one beachfront and one bayside, so you can open both doors and let the ocean breezes blow through. We have over 2400 sq ft of indoor living space per condo, and we can sleep up to 10 people in each. We are located on the boardwalk between 2nd and 3rd streets. Our condos are impeccably maintained, beautifully decorated.
Worried about boardwalk noise, that is no worry at all. Just close the patio doors and we are very quiet inside. Read a book, watch movies, play board games, hang with family and you will feel very secure and private.
We are a family condo, not suitable for adult party groups. Save us for those vacations when only the best will do.
We rent Friday to Friday summer weeksand any 3 nights or more in other seasons.
Enjoy all the boardwalk has to offer without the drive and parking hassles; fireworks, bike rides in the morning, laser shows, festivals, arcades, beach volleyball, restaurants, Thrashers fries, boat rides, fishing, you name it. Ride the tram, walk the boards or watch the kids play in the sand forts. We are in the heart of the action, and yet a step above it all. Watch the endless parade of people from your balcony or beautiful sunrises in the morning.
Have a larger group? Take both condos and bring all the family. We're great for reunions, anniversaries, birthdays, you name it. The stairs & elevator are right outside the condo door, so it's easy to get from one condo to the other. Use us like one big house, except you have a kitchen on every floor and more privacy.
