This gorgeous beachfront luxury condo is located in a gated community in one of the most affluent areas of Marco Island. Located eight floors above the white sandy beaches, this spacious two-bedroom apartment features open concept lounge areas, a gourmet kitchen, two impressive bathrooms, two private bedrooms, and a private balcony overlooking the water. Guests have access to all of the community amenities, including the community pool, tennis courts, outdoor kitchen, and fitness area.
As you enter the condo, you will notice a small sitting area immediately to your left. This updated den area is complete with bright and bold living room furniture up against a large window overlooking the property. This lounge area sits directly outside of the second bedroom, expanding the bedroom.
The gorgeous modern kitchen has stunning granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, and an unobstructed view of the ocean. The kitchen features a coffee maker and a Keurig so you can brew a hot cup of coffee and enjoy it out on the patio. Reheat leftovers from the cafe down the street in the microwave or cook family meals on the top-of-the-line flat top stove. Ample counter space gives the chef of the family plenty of room to prepare meals for the family. The drawers are full of all of the kitchen gadgets you need to cook as you do at home.
