Take the spiral staircase off the balcony that takes you to the beach! The staircase also takes you to the private cabana that features a ping pong table, table games, and all the equipment and toys for a memorable day at the beach! There is a beach cart, beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, and toys, noodles, tennis rackets and 3 bicycles for your use. After a day at the beach, come back to this comfortably furnished condo with a flat screen TV and DVD player in the living room. Cook up dinner in the well-equipped kitchen and dine alfresco on the balcony with table and plenty of seating while watching the incredible sunset. There our BBQ grills next to the pools. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and a twin bed. Both bedrooms have a flat screen TV. Pack your bath suiting, shorts and toothbrush. Everything else is supplied; linens, towels, beach towels, books, and games. The Somerset condo offers two heated pools, tennis and pickle ball courts. Somerset is located with a short walk to restaurants, movie theatre, miniature golf and shopping. HOA application fee $50.00 for reservations arriving before March 31st, 2021.
