Welcome to Ships and Giggles, a gulf front masterpiece on Cape San Blas. This unit was COMPLETELY renovated in 2019 and updated again in 2023. Everything is brand new, including furniture, appliances and bedding. The unit includes a master suite with a king sized bed that overlooks the gulf. The second bedroom, also with a gulf view, has two twin beds, perfect for the kiddos. The beds can be pressed together to create a king. The dining area is the perfect spot to enjoy a family dinner with gulf views and breezes to accompany your good cheer. Enjoy morning coffee on the second story deck overlooking the gorgeous waters of the Gulf. This this a top floor unit (second story) and is situated perfectly to enjoy a long weekend or extended vacation. No pets are allowed and there is a three night minimum stay required. There is a full chefs kichen with stainless steel appliances. There are also two newly renovated bathrooms. The bottom storage room contains a washer and dryer. Sorry, absolutely no pets allowed. Summary: Close to the trading post and St Joe Seafood. Amazing location on the beach! 6 miles to the State park and 6 miles to 30A. This is an older unit that has been partially renovated and on the second floor so there are steps. The unit was clean. Our only real complaint was with the mattress in the master. We stayed 9 nights.
