This gorgeous beach condo residence is brand new to the market and has been recently updated with everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious vacation on the beach. From large living spaces and a gourmet kitchen to two private bedrooms and breathtaking views of the resort, this impressive first-floor condo is designed to completely change the way you think about vacations.
When you walk in, you'll immediately notice the white and tan color schemes that move throughout the home. These warm colors make each room feel bright and inviting, and the open concept floor plan allows you to move seamlessly from one room to the next. The main living room features beautifully tiled floors, oversized furniture, a glass top coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors provide breathtaking views of the resort.
The living room transitions into the main dining room, where you have plenty of room to serve a family-style dinner. This classic dining room table has seating for five and is a perfect place to open up your laptop and plan your adventures for the day. Right next to the dining room table is the breakfast bar, offering three additional high-top seats that look into the kitchen.
The gourmet kitchen gives you all of the gadgets you need to cook a homestyle meal. This beautiful space is complete with expansive granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, and soft lighting. Brew coffee in the coffee maker, put the kettle on for tea, or pop some bread into the toaster for an easy breakfast out on the balcony. The pantry provides space to keep all of your groceries organized, and the drawers and cabinets are stocked with all of the utensils, dishes, plates, and bakeware you need to cook at home. In a closet just off the kitchen you will find one of the amenities that sets this unit apart, a washer and dryer. While other guests wait for the community machines to become available, you will have completed any laundry you needed and be on your way.
This condo has two beautiful bedrooms, both recently upgraded with high-end linens, locally inspired decor, and comfortable mattresses. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, soft bedside lighting, beach-themed artwork, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that lead out to the private patio. There is also a flat-screen TV on the wall, so you can watch all of your favorite shows. The master bathroom features a spacious walk in shower behind sliding glass doors, and elegant vanity, and plenty of hotel quality towels.
The second bedroom features two twin size beds. This mostly white and tan room is great for kids or adults and has a built-in desk in the corner. This laptop-friendly workstation is a great place to check in on emails or chat with friends back home away from the main living areas. This second bedroom is also just steps from the family bathroom.
One of the highlights of this beautiful luxury condo is the private patio. This first floor unit has a shady patio that spans the entire back wall of the residence. Here, you have sweeping views of the resort, swaying palm trees, and the community pool. Make dinner and bring it to the outside dining area, or sneak out here in the evenings to enjoy the incredible sunset.
