Welcome to our luxurious 7-bedroom, 6-bathroom family vacation home in Solterra Resort, Davenport, FL. This spacious villa sleeps 18 guests and is perfect for family gatherings or shared vacations. Located just 15 minutes from Disney
with Interstate 4 only 3-5 minutes from the entrance.
Just a short walk to the Solterra Resort Clubhouse, which is important so you don't need to spend your vacation driving & parking. Enjoy resort amenities like a walk in community pool with water slide, a lazy river, as well as your own private pool/spa back at the home.
First Floor
Open Plan Living Area: Spacious and designed for relaxation, with room for everyone to spread out and have their own space, featuring a living, dining, and kitchen area that opens to a covered lanai with alfresco dining and a resort-style pool and spa with Removable child pool safety fence and self-closing pool child safety gate.
Free Pool/Spa Heat: Included for reservations from May 1st to September 15th. Optional heat at $30 per day or spa heat only at $17.50 per day during other times. Please request pool heat 3 days before arrival. Spa requires pool heat to be warm.
Step through into the kitchen that comes fully equipped to cook up breakfast, lunch & dinner with Keurig & all the appliances, cookware & utensils you could need.
Make your own Mickey Waffles! Creates 6 mickey waffles. Pour 3 on the top, flip & then pour 3 more on the bottom. Kids will LOVE these waffles!! Waffle batter dispenser provided as well!
Off the kitchen is the generous dining room that seats 10 guests with additional seating up at the sleek breakfast bar. Don’t feel like cooking? Treat your guests to a night out with countless restaurants just minutes away.

Additional Amenities: Half bath off the kitchen for guests to use without entering a bedroom, laundry room with washer, dryer, and ironing board.

Here you will also find a second living Room with Luxe leather sectional sofa that surround the big screen TV and Air Hockey table – an ideal hangout area for teens and kids giving the adults a chance to unwind downstairs..

Seventh Bedroom: Mickey & Minnie themed, with 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4).
