Positive: Fantastic accomodation in a fantastic location. Quarter mile walk to miles of nearly empty pristine beach in each direction. One evening I counted 50 whales in 5 minutes -- many just 200 feet from the sand. Wonderfully quiet and relaxing, yet only about 1 mile to town. Perfectly maintained and clean in every respect. The host could not be any better
