Newly remodeled bay cottage in quiet location. Fully fenced yard, bay access at end of property, great for kayaking & paddle boarding. Open floor plan, 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds - linens included, all have bay view. Maximum 6 people please. Brand new bathrooms with river rock showers. Use of golf cart included, 2 minutes to beach. 8 mile bike trail on cape. Property is only a quarter mile from St Joe State park which is great for hikes. all of our properties are pet friendly, their #'s are: 382844, 770771, 1185951 We do insist upon the VRBO insurance option as opposed to the refundable deposit, as it's a cleaner process and guests are not out $1500 until any damage issue is resolved.
