Summary: We stayed over a bank holiday weekend and the hotel was clearly overbooked. We had to wait over an hour at the check-in desk to get our room key (only two desks were open), and then another 30 minutes the next morning just to get into breakfast. There were lots of empty food trays because the kitchen couldn’t cope with the number of guests. It’s a shame – the pool is nice, and the location by Tanjong Beach is lovely – but the owner and management team seem more focused on profit than guest comfort. Unlikely we’ll return.
