Summary: We had a great time staying at Penthouse 3 for Christmas this year (2024). The winter rates made it a great deal for our family (6) plus we brought along grandma and grandpa. Having three bedrooms connected to three bathrooms was perfect for our family and there were more beds then we needed. The hidden bunks provided a great place for our toddlers to sleep, and gave their older brothers the other bunk room. The bathrooms were HUGE, there were plenty of linens for each room, and the closets and storage space was exceptional. We loved that the condo had beach chairs and toys, games, books, toys for kiddos, and smart TVs. The balcony was large and fit all 8 of us nicely along with the large dinning table and living room. We would love to stay here again - being steps from the beach, and across the street from some of our favorite restaurants was a bonus. Our kids loved the indoor pool on cooler days and the proximity to everything at Orange Beach was awesome. We had a great 7 days and were sad to leave.
