This fantastic property is a wonderful location for families who want to be close to all the attraction such as the boardwalk, but don't want to deal with the congestion and noise of downtown. This 2 BR 2 BA unit features a water view from across the street and located just of Robin Drive (about 28th street). From here you will have a short walk to the beach, the north end of the boardwalk and the kids favorite, Jolly Roger Amusement Park. There is a miniature golf course at the end of the street too! There are some great restaurants in walking distance to such as Pit & Pub, Buxy's and Dry Dock 28 to name a few.
The inside of this unit features "wood" laminate throughout. The kitchen has newer cabinets, granite countertops, a beautiful tile backsplash and stainless-steel appliances. There is a Queen bed in the first bedroom and the second bedroom has a full-size bed and a trundle with two twins. There is also a queen sleeper. Free Wi-Fi is available for guest use.

* A Linens & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. Coastal Bay does not have an elevator.
* One uncovered parking spot is provided.
* Easy access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 28th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
