New for 2023! In the heart of the OBX, less than a 1/2 mile from the beach and sound. This cozy private space features a large shaded yard with a fire pit, disc golf basket and cornhole for all of your gaming fun!
The property is situated only a few streets from Kitty Hawk Bay and Bay Drive multi-use path. Bay Drive has some of the best sunsets in the world. The mornings are just as beautiful with the sunrise over the Atlantic ocean, the 1st street beach access is just under a ½ mile away.
Friendly and safe neighborhood with designated bike and walking paths close to the beach and sound. Direct path to Publix Grocery store!
Open concept home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Also, lots of private outdoor space and firepit. Large lighted outdoor shower! There is a garage that is not accessible to guest, however only my family and I will be accessing with it's own private entrance and will not disturb your stay. The entire property is yours and not shared with anyone else.

Summary: Communication with the host and response to questions and requests were excellent. Loved that the house is tucked away in a quiet street with mature trees around it making it more relaxing. Perfect size for our family of 4, enough bathrooms for everyone. You do need a car to get to the beach and dining seating not the best but other than that everything was great including a fridge with cold water and ice features and a terrific outdoor shower with abundant hot water. Well deserved 4 star rating.
