Waterfront home - Rates based on average group size of 14 (addt’l guest fees apply above 14 ) but plenty of space and large enough for up to 25 guests (check with us if over 25 guests) to enjoy beautiful sunsets with peaceful and relaxing views of Lake Wylie in Charlotte, N.C. all year round with beach (for badminton, volleyball, horsehoes, bonfire pit on beach w/smores, etc). House can accommodate up to 25-30 guests for family reunions, retreats, getaways, etc and has 7 bedrooms/6 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens and 3 full size refrigerators for entertaining, Portable Cribs (4 pack 'n plays), outdoor ping pong table, pool table gameroom area w/wet bar area, heated swimming pool (seasonal), floating docks, washer/dryer, Direct tv, and WiFi/high speed internet. Multiple tv's and entertaining areas, 3 fireplaces (2 wood burning/seasonal use). 650 sq ft lower level covered porch with ceiling fans, several decks with awnings and umbrellas, upper and lower covered deck spaces, various outdoor tables and chairs...a view of the water from almost every window in the house. Make a bonfire on the beach, Peddle boats, Kayaks and paddle boards on-site. Small Zip line -75 ft for kids and adults and small ninja course playground for kids. On-site Putting green-fun for everyone, Pontoon boat rental available. Home is on a large lake lot surrounded by over 2 acres of privacy and trees for lots of privacy and parking...Not in a neighborhood where all houses are close to each other... Unique and one of a kind property on lake wylie. Many special events and weddings have been held on-site(ask about options). Ask about Golf reservations at the private Palisades Country Club. Summer rentals are weekly (Saturday to Saturday) starting June to mid-August. Min stay 2-3 nights and negotiable all other times -Except Holidays. . Standard Rate is based on double occupancy with minimal Addtl fee for extra guests. Caretaker may be on site in private entrance/quarters. Amazingly low Rates with max # of staying guests works out to be approx $135 per night/ per room for the largest group sizes, less for smaller groups and rooms w/least sleeping options pre-tax and fees.Inquire about hosting a Special Event/ Large party.

Summary: We stayed for a week and had an incredible time! House had everything we needed and plenty of space for our large group. There are 2 in-law suites and the main house, which was perfect for the age ranges in our group. Would highly recommend!! The homeowner, Kim, was incredibly helpful and responded quickly to any questions.
