The main floor hosts the formal living area, formal dining room, kitchen, 4 season sun porch, two bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms. In addition, the breathtaking lounge with wrap-around reclaimed wood is bound to be a favorite place for guests to retreat!

Snowhill Farm is approximately 3 miles from Main Street, Lake Placid (less than a 5 minute drive!).
While our brokerage handles rental guests, Snowhill Farm is permitted for small events. If interested, please inquire.
