Discounted Unit, 2 Bedroom & Loft & Three Bath Town home located in the Scenic Meadow area of Mammoth Lakes. Sleeps up to 8 (approx. 1300 sq. Ft.). Unit is discounted due to the age of most furnishings and decor. You enter the unit on the first floor which has both bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, the second floor is the living room, kitchen, dining room and 3rd full bath.The third floor is the loft (open in to the living room by a half wall). Master bedroom has 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom has 1 queen bed, the loft has two twin beds & 1 queen bed, There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room. 3 Flat Screen TVs (LR & both bedrooms), 2 DVD`s, VCR, Stereo/CD.No Phone. Wifi Internet Access in the unit. There are a maximum of 2 outdoor parking spaces available. Snowflower Features a Hot Spa and Sauna, Summer Time Only Swimming Pool, and Tennis Court. Coin-operated laundry facilities located in the common area near the office. There are no Buses, Motorhomes,Trailers or any type of Towed Vehicles allowed on the Snowflower property. Summary: The stay at this property was perfect. Location was everything. Amount of space was perfect for 6 adults. The only down side was the parking and the bugs making their way into the condo. Other than that I would stay here again
