2 Bedroom House in Mammoth Lakes

This delightful, 2-bedroom plus loft, 2-bath, 3-level condo, is the ideal mountain retreat. Sleeps 8!
Enter the unit on the first floor where both bedrooms and bathrooms are located. The master bedroom has a King bed, flat screen TV, private outdoor patio with amazing views, and a private ensuite. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. The second, full, shared bathroom is also located on the entry level, along with the private, in-unit washer and dryer.
The living room is located on the second floor, and opens out onto a balcony with breathtaking views and a private gas BBQ. The living room has vaulted ceilings, a wood fireplace, large sectional sofa, and flat screen Smart TV. The fully-stocked kitchen is also located on the second floor and is furnished with a dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, dishware, cookware and utensils for up to 8 guests. Enjoy meals at home with family and friends, eating around the full-sized dining table (seats up to 6), and additional seating for 2 at the kitchen breakfast bar. The upstairs loft serves as the third bedroom, and has 4 Twin beds, 3 standard Twins and 1 pull-out Twin trundle bed, perfect for the kids.
Located in Phase I of Snowcreek, and just a short walk to the golf course.This condo comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces.
This unit is pet friendly for up to 2 dogs. We have a one time, $75 per pet fee / per stay.

Two paper parking passes are located on the kitchen counter. Parking is unassigned in the parking area in front of the unit on. first-come, first-serve basis.

Summary: Overall nice place for a good price, very clean, kitchen had lots of tools for preparing meals. Lots of clear instructions for check out. Beds were comfortable and heating was good to make the whole house warm. Communication with the company was easy. Location was great and easy to get to the ski resort using the shuttle or driving.Some things we didnt love. Although the listing says it is pet friendly, its more like pets are alloaed but not necesareily pet friendly as there are several warnings about fees for excessive pet fur and pets not allowed on furniture. You only get 1 towel per person for the entire stay and will be charged a fee for requesting extra. The bathrooms are all located on the first floor with 1 being in the master so if youre really housing 8 people, its a little more work to share the 2 bathrooms
