Your kids are able to enjoy a new 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucketheads busy throughout your vacation.
Phoenix V is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the Gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.
There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix V. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you are bar-b-quing.
Come relax on the spacious corner balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. A queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, 2 queens in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.
FOR LARGE GROUPS WE DO HAVE ADDITIONAL 2 and 3BR on this same 8th floor!
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our group was pleased with our stay, however there were a few issues that made our stay not so great. The main issue were the TVs and Remotes. There is only 1 remote that works with any of the 4 TVs in the unit, and it only controls the channels, not the tv volume, etc. also, the cable itself was very spotty and often gave us an error message the the service was unavailable. Having 4 young kids with us during our stay, TVs are a necessity for time to wind down that we were unable to have. The other issue was there was mold in/around the shower head in the main bathroom. The elevators are a nightmare around check out/in time, although they do say they are getting new elevators Sept 30th. The location and beach were great, however. Our kids also really enjoyed having the variety of outdoor and indoor pools, and a splash pad.
