Positive: The unit was a good value and great location.
Negative: The management company was slow to respond and did not provide a code for the key pad lock on the community hot tub. They still have an old, small TV that was mentioned by other guests. So streaming movies and watching as a family is not an option.
Summary: Overall, a solid place to stay as a family if they keep the price low relative to other properties in the area.
