Start your day with a beautiful sunrise right out your living room sliding glass doors, sipping your coffee or tea. After a day spent your way, enjoy an evening either ordering in or dining out in any of the numerous diverse dining experiences just minutes away. From the world famous Garlic restaurant to other elegant dining to the casual experiences of Off the Hook or JB’s, for local seafood. Your palate will not be bored here as there is food for everyone’s taste.
This condo has been owned by our family since the early 1990’s with many memories here in NSB, raising our kids on this end of the beach where there is no traffic. Hassle free direct access to the beach with just a short trip down 1 flight of stairs or the elevator to the beach or the pool. Our balcony is also close to the community pool where some choose to enjoy the lounge chairs, sunbathing and beautiful sunsets. A quiet property, with limited rentals as many find this a great place to live but they welcome with open arms those who are our guests.
This property is just what the doctor ordered, clean, feels like home, with all the amenities you could need to limit your packing stress. And a family treasure that all who come, want to come back.
