This high end luxury 3 bedroom Presidential Reserve Condo is one of the best there is at Smuggs! Condo is only available the week of February 29 to March 7, 2020. With 3 bedrooms and 3 baths you are all set to have a great gathering for apres ski! perfect for families to get together!! North Hill is the newest community, and its location provides the serenity of a woodland hillside and features spectacular views of Madonna and Sterling Mountains and historic Smugglers' Notch Pass. The North Hill has its own Indoor Aquatic & Exercise Center including a lap pool, two hot tubs, and children's splash playground. Guests staying in the Owls have exclusive use of the Parliament Lodge. The North Hill's in-resort shuttle is a great way to get to The Village Center as well as to get to the upper mountains in the morning for skiing and riding! These well appointed accommodations at North Hill are available at a premium rate. The North Hill Community features the most spectacular, southerly, mountain views at Smugglers' including those of Madonna Mountain, Sterling Mountain and historic Smugglers' Notch Pass. This location combines the serenity of a woodland hillside setting with several multi-story vacation home buildings nestled in the landscape including one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom condominiums. All interior amenities and furnishings in the North Hill homes reflect the lifetime responsibility of Smugglers' Notch Resort to maintain them with the highest of standards in a "like new" condition. These fully-equipped condominiums have all of the conveniences of home and more! The Owls 17-32 vacation homes at North Hill are 3-bedroom homes featuring three full baths, the master bath has a two person granite shower. The Owls neighborhood at North Hill has two natural ponds for recreation and relaxation.
