"Get To The Pointe" is a ground level, 1,200 square foot end unit lakefront condo that affords ample indoor and outdoor living space. For fun in the sun amenities, the upper “sun deck” and lower floating deck offer wonderful spots to soak up the sunshine, cool off in the lake with a swim, drop in a line for some of Virginia’s finest freshwater fishing (large and smallmouth bass, crappie, catfish, perch, and sunfish), or launch a canoe or paddleboard to explore a nearby cove. Rent a boat and spend the day skiing, tubing, or fishing [No overnight docking, but docking/trailer storage facilities are located nearby]. Dining and other activities are just a short car ride (or an even shorter jaunt in a boat) away. Smith Mountain Lake State Park is on the other side of the channel and Smith Mountain Lake Community Park is less than 5 miles away. Both have wonderful beaches, hiking, and more!
