Come spend time in this beautiful four bedroom and four bath cottage, located in the gorgeous Windemere community on Lewis Smith Lake. This is a great location for families to spend time together! Four bedrooms including a bunk bed room with triple decker bunks. And additional sleeping on 2 fold out sofas. There is a neighborhood playground, swimming pool, firepit and boat launch with covered slips - all within walking distance! Yearround water. Everything you need to make your "Lakation" memorable! 3 decks overlooking the lake, with breathtaking views! Charcoal grill. And small chiminea for a small wood fire and s'mores if desired! Everything you need to make memories on Smith Lake with your friends and family. WiFi Internet provided. Direct TV. Boat slip included with rental. There is power/electricity on the boat dock. Bedroom 1: King size bed Bedroom 2: King size bed Bedroom 3: Queen size bed Bedroom 4: 2 sets of triple decker bunk beds - 3 twins and 3 full beds. Additional sleeping on 2 fold out sofas. Max occupancy: 12 PEAK SEASON (Memorial Day - Labor Day): no Sat to Sat rentals. We accept three (3) night reservations for the Peak season, with the exception of 4th of July week - 4th of July week has a 5 night minimum - OFF-SEASON (Labor Day-Memorial Day): 2 night min. and 30% discount (except for Thanksgiving and Christmas) PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.
