In addition, we are temporarily relaxing our cancellation policy, to allow cancellations up to 7 days before check-in date. We will provide a full refund, less the $200 reservation fee. If within 7 days prior to check-in date, the normal cancellation policy applies. RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction. Max Occupancy: 20 Sleeps in beds: 19 IT HAS IT ALL! This Smith Lake property has EVERYTHING you could ever want in a lake house! Located in the beautiful gated community, Stoney Point Subdivision on Smith Lake, private lot with an incredible view, and every amenity you could want. Castle-like house sits on an expansive flat lot, with an easy walk down to the dock, no steps. The private pool and spa-style jaccuzi tub overlooks the lake. (Pool and jacuzzi tub are only open during the PEAK season). The pool offers your guests an option of spending time in the lake or lounging at the pool! Also, for the guests' entertainment, there is a game room with a 55 " TV, Pool table, Air Hockey table, and a Poker Table. Bring movies for the Theatre room! (No satellite in the theatre room, only movie watching) Located on the lawn, you will find a horseshoe pit for outdoor fun. There are two gas grills. One on the upstairs patio deck, one on downstairs patio and a charcoal grill near the horseshoe pit. Please bring charcoal. Six bedrooms and 5 full baths, plus 2 half baths (one downstairs and one on the main level). See below for the layout of the bedrooms. There are 2 fully furnished kitchens, as well as 2 sets of washer/dryer, and a dining room table which seats 8. Satellite television and WIFI are included. Cell Service: ATT and T-Mobile are good; Verizon is limited. Pool not open until Peak Season (beginning Memorial Day). It can possibly be opened early but this has to be coordinated with our office. The spa can be used in the off season starting about April. Please coordinate with our office to ensure it is available. The spa has a heater but please call the office to ensure it is working if this is a desired amenity. During Peak Season, the dock has one available slip for the renter's use, and one personal watercraft ramp available. There is a boat launch on the property (as well as another boat launch in the neighborhood). During off-season, the owner will keep his boat in the slip, there is still plenty of room to tie up to and the jet ski ramp as well. There is also a swim deck. During the offseason when the water is down there is a sandy beach area for kids to play. There is plenty of room to park your boat trailer at the house. The neighborhood has a quality boat ramp less than 1 mile from the house. There is also additional parking and a children's playground and pavillion located at the community boat ramp. Both boat slips are now available for your use. As well as 4 kayaks and a paddle boat. Main Floor: Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom, King Upstairs: Bedroom 2: Queen Bedroom 3: King , 1 twin bed, and a trundle (containing two twins) and a baby bed Bedroom 4: King - with a balcony and a baby bed Bedroom 5: King bed, Queen bed, futon bed and toddler bed (which can be moved to another room for use) Basement: Bedroom 6: King size bed 6 night minimum during Peak Season (Memorial Day - Labor Day) Off-peak season: 3 night min.
