RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.

This LUXURY home features 3 levels with four bedrooms and an additional bunk room (which sleeps 12). Private lot with the look and feel of a log cabin but with all the amenities that you will LOVE! Dining room seats 8 comfortably, with additional seating at the kitchen counter (3). Main level and downstairs den/living room area for families and friends to enjoy each other's company. There is also air hockey and foosball for your indoor entertainment. Double decker dock with swim pier. Fire pit for cool evenings. And a gas grill and an electric smoker for cooking options.

Bedroom 3: King bed - Upstairs. - TV in room
Bedroom 4: Two Queen size beds - downstairs - no TV in room, bathroom outside the door.
Additional sleeping in basement in Bunk Room: Three Queen / Queen bunk beds. Sleeps 12.
Also, sleeper sofa in the upper loft.
No pets allowed.
The boat slip is NOT available for guest's use. There is plenty of room to tie up your boat to the dock. There are approximately 40 steps down to the dock and there is power on the dock. The owners have the Shock IQ alert system on the dock for your protection. Year-round water.
Kayaks and paddle board for the renter's use.
WiFi Internet. Limited cell service at properties on the lake.
OFF-SEASON has a 3 night minimum. No 2 night rentals.
PEAK SEASON: no Sat to Sat rentals. We accept FIVE (5) night MINIMUM reservations for peak season, if booked before May 1. Beginning May 1, we accept 3 night reservations for peak season.
OFF-SEASON: Minimum nights varies with each property, discounted rates vary as well (except for Thanksgiving and Christmas - (3 nights required and Peak Season rates)
