Positive: Host allowed us to check in a little early which was helpful, the apartment was very nice but only 1 window so quite dark. Bathroom is something special with coloured lighting etc. Overall one of our favourite places we stayed in Austria. Parking use "Kasernstraße 10" - it's a 10min walk away but very cheap and easy.
Negative: Asked about early check in prior to arrival and was given a list of chargesm, but luckily in the end did not need this as the cleaner had already finished when we arrived.
Summary: Special little apartment, parking a walk away but fine.
