Positive: We have just got back from an amazing 8 night stay in Dubai at the Grande Signature residence. Our two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with a balcony was overlooking the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain so we had a magical show every 30mins from 7.30pm. It was also a 10min walk to the Dubai Mall which has every shop you could wish for and many restaurants. The apartment was very clean, spacious and tastefully furnished with everything you need including a washing machine which was really handy. There was an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers which we used every day and the life guards were friendly and helpful. We didn't use the gym but it looked very well equipped, clean and was light and airy with windows unlike many gyms which are in basements. Communication was very fast and efficient even before we arrived. We were greeted (sorry, can’t remember his name) and he took us up to the apartment and showed us around and answered any questions we had. There was an issue during our stay with our shower drain, I messaged via WhatsApp, had an immediate reply and someone was sent straight away. We will definitely come back to stay here and will recommend it to family and friends for future visits.
