Positive: Very neat and clean apartment, very sunny, modern and comfy look, nice furniture and clean floors, with each bedroom having his own bathroom. It was a surprise that we could get the code for the door sooner than expected (11 o'clock instead of 3 PM). Quite area, very family-friendly.
Negative: The kitchen equipment, for example, there was no microwave oven, nor a cooker hood: that means that if you cook all the damp is going to the ceiling, so the property will not stay very clean after a while. Also an (or more) extra medium sized pot(s) for cooking would be nice, we had only 1 big one and one very small one. And a set of oven gloves would make it complete.
