Positive: Location was very good for the beach. and had several bus routes close by, to go downtown. Supermarket very close by too, 300 metres, which was very handy. Although it is worth mentioning most things do not open on Sundays.. we only found this by chance.
Negative: One of the rooms did not have air con and therefore was almost impossible to sleep in there. My mum had to sleep on the sofa in the living room as this was the room with ac. But the sofa was comfy enough. We could have had a toaster, missed this. Also the electric going off if you had too many things on...we had to figure it out ourselves how to get it back too. The property was on a 3rd floor and it did not have a lift, this was no very well clarified on the specification. My mother has mobility issued and having known this before hand, I would have not rented it, as she struggled with the stairs
Summary: Nevertheless it was a comfortable flat and we had a lovely time. Valencia is beautiful!!
