This little studio is a great option for a 1 or 2 person party wanting to visit Folly Beach, but wanting a little more solitude than a hotel provides. It can also be an add-on to our 3 bedroom unit (Homeaway #292172) to add a 4th bedroom, as well as a 3rd bathroom.
Located 1 block from the beach, and one block from Center Street - the heart of downtown Folly - the unit features a queen bed, a HD flatscreen TV with Blu-ray player and unlimited streaming movies via Netflix, a convenience fridge, microwave & coffeemaker and access to an outdoor communal grill.

Summary: Location couldnt have been any better if u r looking to chill and get good food. 2 minute walk to beach. Less than 20 steps to live music at Chico Feo. 2 minute walk to 10 awrsome restaurents. Great hosts who communicated woth us any time if we needed anything. Room, is just that, it is a room, but with large vathroom and comfortable bed. We will be back!
