Positive: It was relatively clean.
Negative: NOT THE ENTIRE HOUSE! This is a basement suite. There is no on site parking, While the unit was clean and the two bedrooms are OK, there is little outside light and zero view to the outside as the windows open into deep wells below ground. The sofa is not a hide-a-bed. It is a fold out torture device, disguised as a sofa, covered in some stained fabric. We needed to be in this area of the city due to the proximity to the hospital, however this area of Calgary is to be avoided if at all possible.
Summary: Don't believe the ad as it is NOT the entire house!
