Summary: The furniture was old and dilapidated yard furniture. The 4 burner range in the kitchen only had 2 functional burners and only three burners in place. The air conditioning made an enormous amount of noise day and night. The king sized bed in the master was very uncomfortable and we had to put the mattress on the floor to make sleeping possible as the frame was broken and swaying. On the floor the mattress was very hard and lumpy compromising the quaility of our rest during our stay. The tub in master bath showed rust across the bottom which bled onto clothing and towels that came into contact with it. The shower curtain did not stop the water from going out on the floor no matter how the position. This created a pool of water after every shower. There was hair and debri left in the tub drain strainer from previous guests, so the tub would not completely drain when taking a shower. The cheesy plastic furniture on the balconies was deteriorated by the sun and dirty. They stained our clothes when sitting on them. There was very little concierge service provided, making it hard to understand the procedures of the complex or the options which we had to figure out on our own. There was no manual for the unit with any details of the area or unit. When we tried to communicate our issues to the manager he became defensive immediately and did very little to rectify anything and made it uncomfortable to continue communications. The overall complex was beautiful and the beach perfect.
