This cozy townhome sits atop Beech Mountain at the ski resort, snow tubing, and ice skating, hiking and mountain biking; as well as near the tennis courts and golf course. Simply step off the back deck and enjoy slope-side convenience to the Beech Mountain Ski Resort. Wether it is in the winter or summer, enjoy a short walk or ski down the slope to the ski lift.
Inside you'll find a tasteful mix of mountain living with comfort. There is a comfortable den on the main level, which boasts a huge HDTV and gas fire place. Cozy up to the fire while watching snowboarders on the slopes! The kitchen boasts upgraded appliances and everything you need to prepare family meals after a day on the slopes. The adjacent dining table seats up to 6 guests comfortably and seats for 2 more at the bar, allowing groups of up to 8 to dine together while overlooking the slopes! The open-concept great room allows for family gatherings in the living area and dining area - along with the aforementioned kitchen areas - all at the same time. Leather furniture, a gas fireplace make this a unique and exciting place to entertain and relax.
Two bedrooms on the lower level offer most of the sleeping options. The bunk bedroom sleeps up to four guests with a Queen over Queen bunk bed with a separate Queen bed.
One more lower-level bedroom, with a King bed, and wonderful views of the slopes and a private deck with slope access. Relax on our Adirondacks as you take in the views!
Walk up the custom open-tread staircase to the private master suite! Vaulted ceilings with tongue-in-groove wood, huge oversized windows which let in tons of sunlight and a massive King bed complete the bedroom area. This Snow Tree Villa offers three decks - one private deck off the upper level master bedroom that is great for taking in the quiet mornings and seeing wildlife. A second slope-side deck off the living room area with seating and great long range views of the slopes. It is so much fun to just sip hot coco and watch the skiers all day! There is also a bottom slope-side deck off the lower level Master. This deck has seating and steps that take you right onto the slopes and offers a grassy yard in the spring, summer and fall seasons. The back yard is a beautiful grassy mountain side that can be enjoyed any season!
