Positive: Property is just as described. I Would recommend to everyone, we had great time, only too short. Apartment is very comfortable, I have the best sleep there probably because of mountain air.
Negative: Outside trash dumpsters have holes in them, so animals pull out trash and litter all over the parking lot. This is why I grade low on cleanliness. Has nothing to do with the owner itself probably more waste management thing. However, The owners could request for better dumpsters.
