We are 10 minutes from Denver, Sloan's Lake and surrounding parks. You’ll love your stay at the Slofax House. COVID-19 Update: we thoroughly clean and sterilize before and after each guest. Guests will have access to the top 3 floors of this beautiful townhome in Sloan's lake including master suite with attached bath, guest king bedroom, guest bath, full kitchen, washer / dryer in home, 1 off street parking spot in front and a gorgeous rooftop patio overlooking the capital, south Denver, the mountains with hot tub access upon request for an additional $80 cleaning fee. Denver laws regarding running a legally compliant Air BnB (short term rental) require this property to be my primary residence, meaning this is my home. Unless I’m on vacation (hopefully) I will be living in the house with my cat in the studio unit on the first floor but I will limit guest interaction, respect privacy and allow guests undisturbed access to the top 3 levels of the house including the full kitchen / living room, 2 king bedrooms, washer / dryer and rooftop patio. I’m invested in making my guests stay as private, enjoyable and luxurious as my life is in this wonderful home so if guests need anything at all they are welcome to message me through the app anytime and I’ll do my best to accommodate :)
