Weekly (Saturday to Saturday) rentals only mid-May through mid-August
The interior of the villa was completely repainted in the fall of 2021. The master bedroom (king) and bath (walk-in shower) is on the main floor. Located upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has 2 twin beds. There are two roll-away beds located in the closets of the upstairs bedrooms.
Downstairs, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (new refrigerator, stove and microwave in fall of 2019) and a washer and dryer. There is a large dining table to accommodate all guests. A spacious, sunny Carolina room offers great views, comfortable seating, and a large flat screen TV for relaxation. Alligators make their home in the lagoon and you will have a direct view from the villa.
This quiet end unit is an approximate 5-10 min walk from beach access in Sea Pines. There is a small patio and lots of green space to roam and enjoy the scenery. Don't forget your fishing pole for the lagoon! The complex offers a putting green and tennis courts for guest use. This complex is located just inside the Ocean Gate of Sea Pines and is a quick car ride (or slightly longer bike ride) to Harbor Town and South Beach.

Summary: This was the first time my adult children and 2 grandchildren and I ever vacationed together and it was simply wonderful. The unit was perfect for all of us to sleep comfortably…the grounds were magic for the little o es and so peaceful for the older ones. The walk to the beach was very doable and the location worked really well for us! We all spoke about going back next year and for a longer amount of time. We made some beautiful memories!!
