Beautiful beach home with a private beach access and a pool! This one-of-a-kind home sleeps up to 13 people and is just steps away from the beach. Everything you need to enjoy your vacation is right at your fingertips.
The Space:
This property sleeps 13 guests and is just a few steps from beach access. Located in a private neighborhood, this two story home has 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms, a private pool, fire pit, and outdoor BBQ area. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor along with a bathroom and laundry. There are two queen beds in each of the bedrooms. There isn't direct access internally to the second floor from the ground level. Guests will have to use external stairs to gain access to the second floor. The other two bedrooms along with the kitchen, living area and two other bedrooms are located on the second floor. Each bedroom has one queen bed, and the living area is equipped with two sleeper sofas. All bedrooms have televisions available for guest use. Parking is onsite. There is a private driveway that can fit up to 5 vehicles. No parking is allowed on the street.
Guest Access:
Guest will get access to the entire home. Please note that there is no internal direct access from downstairs to the upstairs space where the kitchen and living room are located. Guests will need to use the outdoor stairway to access upstairs. Parking is located onsite via the private driveway in front of the house. No parking is allowed on the street. The guests will also get access to the private pool and BBQ area outside of the home. Guests will have to provide their own firewood for the firepit.
