A perfect location on the 12th hole just near the green ensures total seclusion from golf balls. This comfortable home with beautiful surroundings is within walking distance from OSU (25 minute walk). The home is professionally decorated and the surrounding yard is breathtaking.

A Traeger Timberline 1300 Grill with ample pellets is available on the back patio for your grilling pleasure. This monster of a grill can handle up 9 racks of ribs at a time!
