This home offers plenty of room for your family/guests to unwind and have a great time on the water. Bring your boat ( boat ramp one block away) or rent one from the local businesses. Fish from the dock or just relax looking out over the water at the fire pit or decks. We offer a three-night minimum from April 1st-September 30th and a two-night minimum from October 1st- March 31st.

Summary: We did a family vacation at Cozy Cove ! Everything was wonderful. The house had everything we needed. We brought our boats and wave runner and the dock was perfect. We enjoyed using the paddle boards and mat that came with the house. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking dinner every night. We would stay again!
