When you book the Little Greenbriar Cabin, you get:

🏡 The layout of the 3 Floor Cabin allows tons of privacy for sleeping arrangements but multiple areas to congregate and make great memories:

- The great room with open-kitchen/dining/living rooms with a wood-burning fireplace & TV.
- Laundry (Washer & Dryer - pods provided).
- Access to the wrap around terrace (with grills and adirondack chairs).
- 1 bedroom with a king bed & TV, and full closet.
- 1 full bathroom.
*The lower level has:
- Entertainment space with lounge/TV area, games, pool table, and arcade games.
- Access to hot tub (towels provided).
- 1 bedroom with king bed & TV, and full closet.

- 1 bedroom with twin/twin and twin/full bunks.
* Upper level has:

Guest access
The drive up to the cabin is scenic and beautiful! You may find that some parts of the drive are winding and steep as you need to drive the mountain territory to get to the beautiful, open mountain views.
4-wheel drive, as well as snow chains, recommended in inclement winter weather. We don't offer refunds for weather and highly recommend guests to purchase travel insurance.
Other things to note
The Little Greenbriar Cabin is owned by a small business that is trying to offer 5-star accommodation for all guests. We've put some rules in place to keep everyone safe!
- Booking guest must be 21+ years old.
- 11 guest max ($100/night for each additional guest over max)
- No smoking allowed in or near the cabin. You will be charged extra for any damages incurred.
- Absolutely no fires outside of the grill (inside or outside the property). Unauthorized fires, including candles, will result in a $150 charge plus damages.
- No parties
- No pets allowed; If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $200 and be asked to leave
- No early check in or late check out. If you fail to check out at 10:00 am you will be charged an additional fee of $100 per hour
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/other things that are beyond our control
- You may see wildlife during your stay. Please do not interact with them!
Security/Safety:
Adults are required to be attentive of the grill when in use and must properly extinguish the fire. The primary renter is responsible for any damages that occur as a result of the fire.
Please register all overnight guests with the host.
You may see black bears. Do not interact with them or feed them.
No glassware on the deck.
Hot tub is only for guests 18 and older, children under 18 must be supervised by parent or guardian when in the hot tub.
No more than six people in the hot tub at any time
Alcohol and glassware are not allowed in or near the hot tub.
You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Do not leave children unattended at anytime.
