Positive: The staff are very friendly and welcoming .
Negative: Although there are mild issues like. Sometimes there are water interruptions. the water flow is very weak and the shower area by the pool smells a little awful which is a bit off for us because we have kids .The aircon is fine but i thinked it needs to be cleaned because there are times the airflow becomes not so cold anymore.. It would also be nice if there was a fridge in the room. Overall it's okay, especially the staff are kind and accommodating.
