There is no shortage of space in this beautiful renovated family-oriented home on quiet Pompano Street. This house has two separate spacious living areas giving adults and children their own space. The main floor boasts a large living, dining and kitchen combination, the first of two master bedrooms, and 2 guest rooms. There is an inviting screened-in porch off the living room perfect for enjoying morning coffee in the reclining wicker chairs and for enjoying dinner with a view on the spacious outdoor table. The upper living area includes the second master suite and two more guest bedrooms including an open bunk area off the living room as well as a foosball table. The upper deck boasts beautiful views of the ocean and an unforgettable sunrise. The front porch has dualling porch swings for relaxing and enjoying the breeze and quite Edisto charm. This pet friendly house (no puppies please) includes a fenced-in backyard for the furry children to hang out. There is plenty of space downstairs in the carport for hanging out and playing table tennis. The beach is just a leisurely stroll around the corner (less than 3-minute walk door-to-beach). Summary: Wonderful everything! The house was great for our for our family of 11. It was well stocked, great location, clean and easy access to the beach. Owner was easy to work with and answered my question very promptly. The only thing I could say, is it needs is new cooking pans otherwise all good. Thanks for all great week!!
