Negative: The heating is very random, it came on for a bit but most of the time it was very cold. The mattress was obliviously a cheap poor quality one, you could feel the springs and it was uncomfortable. There was no plug for the bath or the kitchen sink. There were no bedside/table lamps meaning the only lighting was from very bright and harsh ceiling lights. Check in was bizarre. They demanded a photo of my passport, driving licence and debit card to be sent to some random website not linked to the business. They did not answer the telephone number listed on the website ever as I wanted to query this. Overall the flat was clean and had pretty much everything needed. But, those small details as listed above means that for the actual cost I don't think it was value for money and I wouldn't stay there again.
