2 Bedroom House in Duluth

Follow the winding drive to our secluded house set in the middle of 20 wooded acres. Relax on the decks, walk the trails on the property or use this as a base for trips to Duluth or up the North Shore. There are two bedrooms on the main floor, each with a queen bed and plenty of dresser space. The first bedroom has a good size closet with built in dresser and place to hang clothes. The second bedroom has a separate exterior door leading to a newly built stamped concrete covered porch. Opposite the bedrooms and heading up the log staircase, you'll find a sitting area with a futon offering an additional full bed (if requested) and access to a second story deck, great for star gazing. There's an open floor plan large kitchen, dining and living area, offering seating for 6. The kitchen has a coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, fridge w/ice maker, stove/oven and is stocked with all the essential non-food items. Internet is provided, as well as a small collection of DVDs and a TV in the main living area with another upstairs in the futon room. The claw foot tub/shower in the single bathroom is great for soaking/reading. Towels, bedding and throws (for chilly weather) are included. There is an additional shower stall in the utility room, along with the washer and dryer available to guests. Outdoors there's plenty of seating, a fire-pit and a charcoal grill. Wood, charcoal and grilling accessories are provided. There's a covered porch along the north side of the house and a small covered storage area to sit should it rain. Feel free to roam the property, though we'd recommend not trying to enter the small cabin or outhouse since it's likely some of the wildlife have moved in! We continue to expand the walking trails and hope to have a couple of miles meandering through the wooded property.
