The owners welcome you to the newly renovated SkyFall Beach House in Hatteras Village on Hatteras Island, North Carolina. SkyFall has almost everything you could ask for, including expansive, unobstructed views of the ocean. The house sits close enough to the ocean so that the waves will lull you to sleep at night and you can awake to see dolphins frolic in the surf while you have your morning coffee.
After a long day at the beach, head to your brand new pool area for more fun! Relax in the huge, bubbling hot tub or cool off in the large, private pool. A covered porch is ready for entertaining and near the pool you'll find an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The Private Pool is generally open from mid-April through mid October. Please contact us if you'd like to verify availability for specific dates. The pool also can be heated at a cost of $500 for the week
Arriving at SkyFall, you'll first notice the concrete driveway with ample parking for multiple vehicles.
Level 1:
The first floor offers a vintage baseball themed Game Room with a pool table, wet bar/kitchenette, full size refrigerator with stand alone commercial ice maker and microwave. There is also a newly installed elevator on this floor with easy access to the other two floors.
When you need a break from the sun, enjoy the adjacent private home theater room with a 90" Smart High Definition Flatscreen TV and Cinema surround sound and a Blu-Ray player. We provide many recent HD movies for your enjoyment. We also supply a large collection of other recent Blu-Ray and DVD movies. Three bedrooms are on the first floor - two King Bedrooms and one bunkbed room with six twin bunks. One of the King Bedrooms has its own en suite bedroom and the other shares a bathroom Jack and Jill style with the bunkbed room.
Level 2:
The second floor has three king bedrooms, one bedroom with a Queen over Queen bunkbed and one bedroom that also acts as a lounge area with a large flat screen HD TV, but it also has a twin bed and a twin trundle bed, so that this room will sleep three comfortably. The three King Bedrooms have their own, en suite bathrooms, and the Queen over Queen bedroom shares a bath with the trundle bedroom on this floor.
Level 3:
The top floor features an impressive great room with ample seating. In the Living Room, there is also a pull-out queen sleeper sofa. Please note that pillows and linens for all of the sleeper sofas at SkyFall can be rented from Shore Details, or you can bring your own. The kitchen has stainless steel gourmet appliances, tile floor, granite counter tops, custom cabinets and a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The master king bedroom suite is also found on the top floor with a luxury master bath. We provide a high chair and porta crib.
In the prime seasons (June-August), linens are provided for every bed and the beds are made before you arrive with additional linens and pillows available for rent at a reasonable cost for the pull-out sleeper sofas. Also in the prime seasons, twenty luxurious, plush bath towel sets are provided for each bathroom. In all other seasons, and if your occupancy exceeds 20 during the prime seasons, you can rent high quality linens and towel sets at a reasonable cost.
The location of this house allows you great privacy, but is still close to shops and restaurants, charter fishing, and all of the local Hatteras Island Villages.
