SKYE is a lovely fresh white townhouse in the calm & quiet neighbourhood of Noosa Waters where you will be in good company situated on the river with absolute waterfront.
Set back from Gibson Road, Noosaville and just off Thomas St, this position is a quick 5 min walk to Noosa River (Gympie Terrace) with all the activity of water sports, boating, fishing and fantastic restaurants.
Enjoy the soft ripples of the river as you sit out on the rear deck enjoying a sunset drink watching life go by (with the extra bonus of a private boat map / mooring at your doorstep).
Upon entering the property, the first thing that captures your eye is the beautiful outlook of the River and stunning arched bridge on the horizon.
The spacious lounge and dining areas are adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen and all look and lead to a relaxing alfresco area with the front lower deck over the water and private courtyard to the side with Electric BBQ and outdoor dining.
SKYE features 3 bedrooms - the Master King Suite downstairs w/ ensuite & courtyard access. With a further 2 x bedrooms upstairs - both with Queen beds which have light airy vibes & lovely views. There is also large main bathroom is in between the 2 bedrooms with a bath & shower.
There is a washing machine in the internal laundry, and undercover parking is available for one car, with street parking for any additional cars.
