Positive: Wow everything as soon as you walk in ! Quiet location, close drive to Katoomba central. Spectacular views - the sunsets were something else. Very clean, large comfortable bedrooms and huge living areas. Fully equipped and generously stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Nothing rationed. We didn't use the games and lounge area downstairs, but that looked great too.
Negative: Pushing it... The toilet roll holder in ensuite was broken. Not checked from last stay but no big drama. Could do with firmer pillows but maybe stored in wardrobes?
