Positive: The host and his wife were both very friendly, I arrived at 8am and could check in right away, had the room to myself for 2 nights, which was great, free bicycles for guest, filtered water and even a kettle and fridge. The beds are great, no bunks and there're curtains all around the bed. Will go back when I'm in Hoi An.
